Payment Terms

Trade Customers: All opening orders are on a Pro-forma basis, all subsequent UK orders with a value greater than £1000.00 may be settled 30 days net date of Invoice, subject to approval of your references.  

We require any UK order under the value of £1,000 to be paid before delivery using this web site.

In the event of late payment the company reserves the right to charge the customer interest on the amount unpaid after 30 days, at the rate of 5 percent per month, until payment in full is made in full. Interest and legal fee’s will be applied to an accrued value.

The Company utilises the services of Logic Group PLC and may, from time to time, use the services of similar agents to collect outstanding debts. Any fees incurred in respect of any legal action will also be the responsibility of the Customer.

Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until the company has received in cash or cleared funds the price of the goods and all payments due to the company.

Duty & Taxes

For EU orders, duties and taxes must be paid by the customer. We will credit your account for duties paid on entry to your country. For pre-payment customers, this will act as a discount on future orders. We cannot cover VAT costs in the EU.

Storage costs may be incurred when an order is waiting in customs for more information from the customer, these are at the cost of the customer unless the delay was the fault of Addison Ross.

E-Commerce

Addison Ross branded products may not be offered for sale on Amazon or EBay or any discounted website without written permission from Addison Ross Ltd.

Any products listed on the platforms without the specific permission of Addison Ross Ltd will not be supplied to the trade customer.

Social Media

Trade Customer are reminded that they may not Bid on PPC, Google Shopping and Social Media Platforms platforms for the Brand name and or Term including the name

Goods Delivered Damaged or Faulty
Goods delivered in a damaged state or faulty in some other way should be carefully repacked and forwarded to the address below.

You must notify us in writing within working 5 days of receipt of goods, claims will not be valid after this time.

If you are an American Trade client, please forward the item to your local representative.


Customer Care

The company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the company's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without the company's approval.

Liability
The company shall not be liable to the customer or be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the company's obligations in relation to the goods or the service, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the company's reasonable control.
